Lannette deserves many accolades. Earning college degrees in both voice and piano from Indiana University, Nettie has continued to pursue her musical interests throughout her lifetime. Nettie joined Sweet Adelines International in 1988. She has been active in continuing her musical education in Sweet Adelines, as well as through sources outside the organization. In addition to directing, Nettie currently sings bass with Hopscotch Quartet. The Calumet Corner Chorus was most fortunate to gain this talented lady as their director in July 2005. Her precise directing style as well as musical expertise has brought a new and exciting dimension to this chorus.
